NLP Time Line Technique for creating powerful change and eradicating unwanted habits. It will help you to reframe your smoking history and go forward in the right direction.
Session 3 - Release Self-Sabotage: Wouldn't you like to release that part of you that has sabotaged your attempts to quit smoking in the past? In this session, you will address the resistance so that you can overcome the mental and emotional blocks to quit smoking and build a strong desire to stop smoking.
Session 4 - Conquer Your Urge to Smoke: When you change how you think about cigarettes, you eliminate the feeling of deprivation when you don't smoke. This session is considered to be the most powerful session by most clients. It pairs smoking with unpleasant experiences to create a natural aversion to cigarettes.
Session 5 - Become a Non-Smoker: There is a huge difference between a smoker who isn't smoking and being a Non-Smoker. This session uses the powerful technique of systematic desensitization to help you to set yourself free from cigarettes for good! If you fear weight gain, this session will address the concern for you.
Session 6 - Reinforcement: In this session, you will learn several quick and easy short imageries that will reinforce your ability to deal with stress without cigarettes or smoking!
