"The purpose of hypnosis is to help you gain more control over your behavior, emotions or physical well-being." -

For most people, the unwanted habit has become
an important way for them to relax, reduce stress, and deal with uncomfortable feelings. For that reason, habit can be very hard to break using only your
will power. Essentially, will power works for a while but eventually if the subconscious (the part that wants to take care of you) doesn't have another
way to deal with stress, most people go back to their habit within days or weeks.
Hypnosis is a relaxed state of concentrated awareness where you give the subconscious mind suggestions to remove the old habit and replace
it with healthy alternatives. Hypnosis is like no other method for this reason. It's the most popular general subjects for which hypnosis has been used.
Hypnosis is one of the few methods to actually shift the inner beiefs and habits at the inner mind level and make a more definite change. It allows you to
get your conscious mind and you subconscious aligned for the same goal.
The
First Session is approximately one hour. The first half of the session, we will review your intake sheet of your personal
situation, the triggers for your habit, as well as a discussion about how the the hypnosis will address and change your habit problem. I believe understanding
how the hypnosis works is a very important aspect to your success. The last half of the session will be the actual hypnosis and a brief follow-up at the end if you have any questions
regarding the session. The fee includes a tape or CD recording of the hypnosis portion of the session to be listened to regularly for reinforcement.
Some other hypnotists charge higher fees and have a standard prescribed number of sessions for you to attend. I believe that it is more cost
effective for clients to pay only for the sessions they need. Here are some of the most common habits which I have addressed for clients.
· Alcohol
· Bedwetting
· Drugs
· Gambling
· Marijuana/Pot
· Medication - prescription and over the counter
· Nail Biting and Picking
· Hair Twisting
· Thumbsucking
